I cannot recommend AfricanHome Guesthouse enough and would encourage a lot more local South African's to support this wonderful place! The situation is perfect (minutes walk to the promenade and local restaurants) but what makes it special are the hosts - Ralf and Stephan themselves. They are friendly, helpful, and made us feel so at home around the pool watching the hang gliders fly overhead whilst sipping cocktails. The rooms are tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. When both myself and my boyfriend unfortunately got food poisoning from a restaurant, they brought us food and cared for us and offered us a late checkout - they went above and beyond and we will definitely be back!

A very lovely place with comfy rooms, a peaceful poolside and friendly, helpful and very authentic hosts, we loved it!

Very comfortable, well provisioned and great location. No views, no people running around to provide service but well worth the price.

I been there many times and the owner of the Guesthouse he's one of my best Friend and the place it's one of the best places very clean inside every thing excellent inside I'm so proud the have this guys in my life .. don't think just go and find out every thing u will be so surprised how great people they r lots of hugs Ralf u0026 Stephan ???? hugs Aboodi u0026 Jerry ????????????

The place is lovely from the rooms, pool side and all around. The hosts were very generous and rendered us a wonderful service, I'll definetly visit again.

The hosts both the father and the son were warm and welcoming. I cannot lie I got the best experience and I’ll definitely call them again.
