The place itself was absolutely wonderful. Loved the extra king size bed, the quaintness of the place. Loved the bathroom and the host was great!!
I have not given it 5 star because I was woken up by the top floor guests at 2:30am and it sounded like they were moving the furniture around (my) ceiling. I heard every word they said and it ended at about 4am. Real pity as it seems like a nice place

Sweet Lemon could easily be described as 'adequate', as I was neither impressed nor disappointed by my one-night stay here. The room was comfortable and well-furnished, but the walls are thin and the other occupants quite noisy. I'm not normally a light sleeper, but was woken up at several times through the night by the comings and goings of other occupants.

The safe also didn't work and I ended up locking my car keys in and could only retrieve them when staff arrived the next morning. The R39 extra charge for pretty slow internet was also a little cheeky.

Breakfast the next day was actually quite pleasant. Fresh juice, cold meats and a plate of eggs and bacon always go down a treat.
Sweet Lemon is also within easy walking distance from several really good restaurants along Sea Point Main Road and just a little bit farther to the Promenade.

Was a decent night's stay, but I won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Great stay! Really cool apartments and nice breakfast. The staff is amazing and truely nice! The area is safe and very close to good areas!

Nice looking place. Shower pressure sucked though, couldn't adjust between hot and cold. But nonetheless it's an okay stay for the night.

Home away from home. Nice and cosy place to pumper yourself. Great value for your money. Very fast internet and best breakfast.
