An extraordinary stay in our trip to cape town. The staff and the owner are incredibly friendly and warm-hearted. They make you feel comfortable. The room was great and the bagel at the breakfast is sooo tasty. Also the spa treatment was very nice. Thank you for making our trip even better.

Truly incredible and wonderful ! The employees added to the surreal experience, everyone went out their way to make us feel special and welcome. The service is of the best, a lot of attention to finer details and very professional. Will be visiting very soon! Highly recommended!

The Glen Boutique Hotel was the best part of our honeymoon. We booked through booking.com on a promo and the hotel was a delight. After having some payment trouble due to technical difficulties, Justin was able to maintain my sanity and assure me that my reservation would be honored. From the moment you walk you, you are greeted but many workers who show compassion for their job and their place of work. After check in, our bathroom had an unexpected plumbing issue which did not bother us however the hotel staff immediately upgraded our stay to the penthouse and showed deep apologies to something that I as a guest should have noticed sooner. We went to the spa, drank by the pool, and had dinner at the hotel in between very cheap ubers and sight seeing around cape town. Their dinner is delicious, best burger I have ever had and the massages put me to sleep! Their is a daily breakfast spread along with a hot meal of your choice which is definitely needed after the many activities you can do in town. The workers were so friendly and welcoming. I would 100% recommend this hotel and location to anyone traveling to capetown that wants to be in a safe and welcoming environment. A few workers that went above and beyond were Justin, Joshua, Blessings, Shingchi, and Maggie!

I'm really saddened to write this review but at this point i'm tired of fighting and cannot get anyone from the hotel to get back to me. I booked a 5 night stay for this upcoming christmas week (2022). Unfortunately, I needed to cancel that stay and am entitled to do so according to the Glen's own conditions (no charge before 30 days and i am more than 6 months out). I emailed about 10 times over the course of a month asking them to cancel my reservation, I called 3 times incurring long distance phone charges. Each time I get the runaround from the team, telling me they will call me back (they never do), that the finance team will get back to me (they never to), to cancel with the platform i booked on (i booked directly with them) or they simply never answer. I paid a 50% deposit which I would like to see back but it's simply impossible to get them to cancel my reservation or return my deposit. I really wish I had not booked direct though them and had gone through Booking. Next step is to cancel the charge on my credit card. Really disappointing

Awesome vibe, they make you feel more than welcome. One is my signature places. This is my 3rd time staying you. Deep House atmosphere...chilled

Overall a nice place to stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. However, I feel like the room we were in for six nights wasn’t really worth five stars. The suite was pretty dark, with the outside courtyard small, staring at a wall with no sun loungers. The noise from the seating area above the room started early with breakfast and went on until late. There was a bathroom leak that was fixed during our stay, and it just felt a little dated with two single beds pushed together to make a large one bed. The staff are lovely and the location make the place. However, feels a little in need of a tidy up and modernising of the room. Personally I’d check I wasn’t staying in Room 11 if I stayed again.

The staff were extremely friendly, professional and helpful, definitely made our stay great. Hotel is cute and well located. However, we felt the rooms were outdated and worn, would benefit from renovation. Would have also liked complementary water in the rooms.
