Each time I what’s app your wonderful receptionist always makes time and place for daisy .She is a huge asset to Pugsleys efficient and oh so friendly and daisy looks absolutely beautiful.Daisy is epileptic so I am very fussy as to who washes her and I have never had any problems neither has Daisy A massive thank you!

The most amazing caring and professional day care! Knowledge the dog father is absolutely the kindest guy I’ve met and the dogs simply cannot get enough of him! My dog pulls me to pawpets every time we go by and he’s made it his second home. I really appreciate the pickup and drop service as well.

Lovely staff who do seem to try to make it a good experience, however their cuts are terrible! I sent reference images of the cut I wanted and both times they cut her face lob-sided, terribly short and obviously had a slip of the razor in some areas. It's just not what you expect from a professional groomer. After giving them a second chance, I am now looking elsewhere.

This place has the nicest folk. My scared rescue dog ran away from "school" on his first day - but they chased him and saved him and gave him so much love now he is the teachers pet :) thank you Monique, Knowledge, Richard and the whole team for taking such good care of Shorty.

Took my baby for the first time and had such a wonderful experience. She is very nervous and they made such an effort to keep her calm and give her some extra love. They did exactly what we asked for and she looks beautiful. Happy dog happy owner :) Highly recommend them.

My husband took my Golden Retriever for a hair cut and we SPECIFICALLY said NOT to shave her. She came out with a shaved tummy, and when speaking to the person on the phone after I was told “ Oh I told the groomer but I don’t know what happened.. “ It is not a reliable place, pls do not go there.
