Rooms were a bit on the small side, some of the staff were less than helpful. The manager was extremely helpful with resolving the issue however

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Sibo, was the exceptional bartender that earned this 5-star rating. Not only had he perfected every cocktail on the menu, but he was also able to suggest a few unique concoctions of his own making. It got to the point where we started testing him a bit, requesting another round of “Sibo’s surprise.” His masterful expertise left us craving more.
Whenever we visit Cape Town again, I want to stay wherever Sibo is pouring the drinks. I would easily place him within my top three favorite bartenders, possibly the best. Thank you Sibo!!!

It was a beautiful one week waking up to the sounds of seagulls and the waves of the sea, not to mention the view from the balcony. The staff are very friendly it was my first time to come to Cape town and it is definitely a memorable stay.

The reception was the worst welcome I got after a long day of work I was booked at room 620 . There are absolutely no decency how customers are addressed. My ID was in my travel bag which had to be produced which I understand, but the receptionist made a scene for the other guest to hear . This all happened in the span of 2 minutes of arriving . I explained that my id is in my bag I can fetch it. When I got to my room , I could not find my suit case. When I tried to call the receptionist ,can you believe the receptionist blamed me for her not telling me about the phones not working in the rooms ???? What a mess. On top of that She ask me DID YOU ASK TO BRING YOUR BAGS TO THE ROOM what a joke . I had my invoice which was fully paid before this type of service. At the time no driver was available at the hotel just to take us not even 7 minutes away. In a area that was unknown we are told to take an Uber. I need nothing further from this place .

Very short walking distance from the sea. A warm welcome as one enters the hotel. Staff makes a difference. You are not alienated.

The hotel is okay. Not the friendliest of staff and housekeeping didn’t clean our room properly. Also we never received drinking water in our room until the last day and we were there for a week. I had to walk to Woolies daily to buy bottled water. One of the manager was kind though thus the 3 star rating.

The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly, the room was nice and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was excellent
