I don't think I could speak more highly of my experience with Mark Solomon Jewellers. Incredibly personable staff from the top down, who made the whole experience of buying their products a complete pleasure.

In what is a daunting experience, they were extremely responsive, and the quality of their products is better than I have seen anywhere else.

Would highly recommend!

Simply walking in to Mark Solomons made me forget about the other potential retailers I had made an appointment with. Elizka and all the other staff were welcoming and highly knowledgeable, guiding me through the entire process of buying the perfect engagement ring for my fiancé.

The above, emphasized by their highly competitive prices and extraordinary craftsmanship, made the decision a no brainer.

A few years back, I bought some earrings from Mark Solomon Jewellers. I live in Australia and after a few years, somehow I lost one of the earrings. I contacted Mark Solomon to see if we could replace and the happy answer was yes. A designer was allocated and worked with me to do some refinement to the design . The earring were made and then courier from Cape Town to Melbourne and I can say they have arrived safely but more importantly, the earrings have exceeded all my expectations. Every part of the process is all focused on customer service, as was the first face to face experience. Whether face to face or working remotely, Mark Solomon Jewellers are consistent in their approach and that is customer service to exceed expectations, matched with outstanding jewellery. Simply the best!

We found Mark Solomon Jewellers and employees (worked with Amy who was amazing), to be very helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I had a ring custom made and the work was of an extremely high quality - very happy. Also a lovely atmosphere within the store. Well done!

The customer care experience at Mark Solomon Jewellers is remarkable. The designer was absolutely fantastic and created several stunning design options for me to choose from, bringing my vision to life. Their master goldsmiths then did a beautiful job of creating a diamond ring of superior quality. They also went above and beyond to secure the perfect diamond for me, taking into careful consideration the diamond specifications I was aiming for as well as my budget. Highly recommended!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Atiya Patel from Mark Solomon Jewellers. As a first timer in the market, I was super nervous about the process involved in procuring an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was kindly assisted and taken through the process of the design, selecting the diamonds and all the finer details. Atiya possessed vast amounts of patience and knowledge surrounding whatever questions and queries I had. I will definitely recommend!

On a side note, I do wish there was a better choice of parking. I didn't really feel safe parking around the corner, especially considering I was dealing with such high value goods.
