Took my bike in to fit a new rear tyre and was shocked by the poor workmanship. My rear rim is now terribly scratched all around on both sides.

This "new owner" delivered the worst car/bike service experience i have ever had.
From shoddy workmanship,empty promises and taking over SEVEN (yes 7)months of only "finishing"some of his work quoted i gave up...just getting an invoice took weeks!
I must have been MAD depending on this guy "doing" the job!

The owner, Chucky, from Bike Mad in Strand came to my rescue when bike was broken down on N2, collected my bike from a potentially dangerous spot and got me back on the road in record time. A Potentially life saving act in itself. Owner operated ethical business conducted with honesty (rare in todays time) and a passion for motorcycles, 20+ years experience. Highly recommended, excellent service. Bike sales, repairs, tyre fitment, etc.

Probably the best service you will ever get from any bike shop. My bike had a few problems and they fixed everything within the given time frame and they added a some small extras. Even got a free bike shine to top it off.

FRIENDLY service and the mechanics know what they are doing..

Definitely recommend Bike Mad to anyone needing a bike service or custom bike build
