Duncan was very accommodating with our changed booking arrangements. Our 1-night stay in the Pool Room was comfortable and well-equipped — we felt at home and truly immersed in the Noordhoek neighbourhood culture.

My friends and I spent the Easter weekend at this lovely cottage, and it was in a word SPECTACULAR. It's a really beautiful space, great views, proximity to the beach and a wonderful pool. We really had the best time.

Epic little "home stay" vibe with the most entertaining owner! Super comfy room in front of the pool. Do yourself a favour and ask Duncan to get the karaoke going, you won't v disappointed. Ten min walk from the most amazing beach in Cape Town with the whitest sand I've ever seen.

We loved staying here. Waking up in the morning to the sounds of the birds and the fresh sea air was something we will never forget. The accommodation and service was exceptional! Duncan was a true gentleman and so helpful in making us feel welcome. Loved the bamboo ceilings!

Such a great place to take a rest from the chaotic of the capitals. Has a fantastic view a great location and the host is so quite and friendly. Duncan gave us a good tips to enjoy around and take advantage of the place. Thanks Duncan. I will definetly come back :)

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Within only an 8 minute walk from Noordhoek beach this place is ideal. The accommodation itself is great value for money. Duncan as the host was polite, informative and very friendly. I've stayed here 3 times and each time the place is getting better and better. A must stay! btw it also has a lovely pool.
