This was without a doubt the best service that I have ever received at any hospital, anywhere, ever. Since COVID, when family and friends cannot accompany you to the hospital, people have to admit themselves,prep for surgery on their own, wake up from nasty anaesthetics alone and this whole process can be scary but it can also feel lonely. But I didn’t feel any of this. I was there for a shoulder operation (yes very weirdly at an eye clinic) and I wasn’t expecting it to be such a big surgery or be in such pain when I woke up. I felt like the surgeons had come to my home and that staff and nurses were my family. I felt welcomed and nurtured. I really felt cared for. It was amazing. Massive respect, love and appreciation for everyone at The Cape Eye Hospital.

What a pleasant experience, every staff member that assisted me was extremely friendly, and very professional. Everybody made me feel welcome and they went out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable. Well done! It is heart warming to experience a hospital like this.

I have just been for surgery on both my eyes and what an experience, unlike any other, from the reception to the kitchen staff, the friendlyness, hospitality and professionalism portrayed was absolutely exceptional not forgetting the nursing staff and doctors what a well oiled machine (establishment) I have nothing but praise for each and every member of the hospital keep up the great work you are all doing I would like to thank each and everyone (reception nursing staff doctors and kitchen staff) for making me feel welcome and comfortable and taking such good care of me. ????????⚘GOD BLESS

.....a no nonsense establishment! Once your paperwork is done which you get to do at home and when you get here its all business straight away! They are efficient and on time when they tell you 14:00 they mean 14:00! The staff and doctors are all well mannered and friend-lii! The foyer and the waiting area is very clean and presentable making it feel less like a hospital! There is loads of parking in and around the hospital easing away all the stress as to where one will be parking and on top of it, its free!......

Wow! From the second I entered to the second I left it felt like I was the only patient there! Fantastic understanding professionals including lady mopping floor and car guard outside!
