What an incredible experience! Incredibly caring and helpful staff, wonderful large room, very spacious bathroom (re comment by some guests that decor In rooms is dated..don’t stay in a heritage building, duh) excellent eateries and bars virtually on the doorstep. I’d highly recommend the hotel if you want to be in the heart of the city and part of it.

Great hotel and location. Amazing courtyard with different bars and restaurants, all very unique.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are great, spacious, vintage, with all modern comfort.
Bathrooms are the size of a normal hotel room!
Breakfast excellent.

There's also a lot of interesting contemporary art in every corner.

The only critique would be: avoid room 105, it's next to the exaustion pipes of all the restaurants, noisy and smelly. You can't open the window.

We would certainly go back.

The staff is 1A+, very comfortable furnitures, with lots of details, absolutely lovely. Great breakfast (missing fresh fruits though), the location is fantastic and the surrounding places around Heritage House are great too!

I cannot say enough good things about Cape Heritage. The staff was amazing, each room was beautifully decorated, the breakfast was delicious and the location couldn't have been better. We stayed for 11 days with two small kids and were treated extremely well by staff. Any issues we had were addressed promptly and professionally. The hotel came highly recommended by friends and I can definitely see why. Amazing value for the money- wouldn't stay anywhere else in the beautiful Mother City! Hope to visit again.

What a gem! An incredibly charismatic hotel in the heart of Capetown with a funky design and plenty of charisma.

Very attentive and caring stuff and plenty restaurants around. A real treat!!!

The only downside was the renovation of the facade going on but that can't be helped!

Fantastic hotel with a great, intellectual design, lots of charisma and an incredibly attentive team. Highly recommended for art lovers and those who want to be in the heart of Capetown with plenty of bars and restaurants around.

Hotel is situated above a number of bars that play loud music until all hours. There isn't a room in the hotel where you can escape the terrible noise, even on a Sunday and Monday nights.
