Good food overall. I liked the double cheeseburger more than the cheese stake sandwich. The meet is fresh and delicious. Fries and onion rings are very delicious and crispy. The cheese bombs were terrific! The sliders were good but one of the sliders was not that good. The atmosphere is okaish although a bit noisy, most of the staff are friendly but the waiter who served us had a weird attitude and wasn’t friendly at all. Liked the mocha too. Prices are a but more expensive compared to Cape Town restaurants but its still reasonable.

Good burgers. I’d recommend not spending too much time going through the menu for other food than the burgers. Had the tacos before - they were alright but not really good. The burgers, however come with nice fries/ sweet potato fries and there’s a good choice of them. The Sloth was nice, but I imagined it to be a little more spicy. Bread was a little fatty but overall it was a tasty burger.

Decent vegetarian options. Absolutely love the waffle! Had a staff function here. Its a great venue especially during summer bc they have a lovely courtyard with seating and even an external bar so it can directly serve guests during the event. Inside also has a lovely warm ambiance

Great wings and average nachos... Sent the nachos back twice because the cheese on the inside wasn't melted....

Wanted nachos and a beer with a take away wings, was surprised when the waitress asked me to go sit at the bar but wasn't really an issue.

Ordered a craft beer, arrived and was flat and had to be replaced!
Starters were nice, mains were a complete disaster!
Our whole experience was tarnishes by a complete lack of attentive u0026 unfriendly staff! Anik our waitress needs to find a new profession. Service was disgusting u0026 probably one of the worst we have had in Cape Town! We’ve eaten at the Blouberg branch u0026 I cannot believe the difference in the food quality and staff attitude.
My burger patty was raw u0026 completely uncooked, I ate what I could because I was hungry.
Spoke with Marshal their manager and he did what he could to assist. He mentioned the main would be removed from the bill and it wasn’t! I asked him why and he mentioned the owner Gavin told him not to.
So it’s fine for the staff to walk around giving out free shooters to customers however when the food is uncooked u0026 disgusting you get your customers to pay for it?!
I was told by Gavin the owner that I was the one that had the issue, and he was unwilling to rectify the situation.

It’s amazing how customers get blamed for a complete lack of service; poor food and shocking attitude by non other than the owner himself. Gavin your arrogance is more than revealing and I honestly hope that you come down to earth with a rude awakening!
Do not support this franchise they do not care about their customers!

Definitely a big surprise when visiting the city center, cozy dining room, great staff and definitely delicious burgers and appetizers. Local craft beer is a must to try.
Special tanks for Tsepo our server who suggested the best house burgers and beer.
