The airport is clean and efficient. I'm a frequent flier and I use it every month, the standards are always the same. I don't particularly enjoying disembarking in the tarmac when it's rainy. The incoming evening flights on Fridays are unfortunate to receive that treatment....disembarking on a rainy tarmac without a bus to ferry you to your gate.

It was my second time at the Airport (first time I arrived at night).

The signs are pleasantly clear and easy to use and direct you to where you need to be.

The airport feels mildly dated / run down which explains the 4 stars. Not a bad experience.

I accompanied a friend when he dropped off his elderly mother for a flight about four months ago and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to find parking. It was clean and we booked her in very quickly. She was nervous of flying, but the friendly and helpful staff calmed her down and that obviously made us more comfortable sending her off on her own. Thank you for that. The parking fee was very expensive though.

Busier during weekends versus weekdays. Very busy in the morning and slightly less at night on late flights. COVID-19 compliant.

Easy smooth experience, coming in and out. Efficient luggage handling.

This is a world class facility. Handy stop and drop off. Free stop and collect spot. It has everything you would expect at an international Airport. Some large scale public sculptures would be a nice touch.

It is a pleasure dealing with a staff that is organized, here they know they stuff. Loads of signs and notices.
