I went to Spur before my flight.

I ordered the Texan chicken burger. As always it was super delicious. The sauce is really nice with the Texan burger. The onion rings were nice and crispy but not overly crispy. The meals are always filling and nice and freshly made.

I also ordered the lime milkshake. I like the mini marshmallows on top.

The service was good and the place was nice and clean

Let me start by saying on the day they where very under staffed, i had to get up from the table after 20 minutes of waiting and go ask for service, once i asked i was very politely greeted and accommodated, but had to do this 3 times, no waiter ever checked in with me, every order i had, i got up and walked to them and placed it. At no point was any off the waiters rude and when i talked to them they where always helpful and friendly. Bit the main point is i was never checked on. The food I ordered 200g fillet medium rare on a skillet was perfectly prepared and absolutely no complaints on that, really 10/10 for flavor and presentation. Only thing i ask is when i am ever back again, make sure im checked upon, I understand its hard to always have full staff compliment, but yet it should not affect me or anyone else.

Great food, served nice and fresh. Waiter was friendly and catered for our requests. Available space to leave bags so you can grab a snack while waiting for your flight. Unlike other spurs, you don’t wait long for your food here ????

Loved eating while watching planes outside through the window????????awesome experience indeed. Customer service was excellent as well.

My experience visiting the Soaring Hawk spur at Cape Town International Airport today was very much pleasant. The manager with staff really made us feel very comfortable and welcoming during all safety protocol and regulation in place.

We were a group of 12 people and staff members could manage to accommodate all of us at one table as we were saying our final goodbyes to a Friend, husband, child and father who will travel to America.

We could spend another day sharing amazing memories spend at spur

RIPS weren't falling off the bone, after even I asked for RIP Tail. Courtney the managers tried to resolve and had them redone, then brought a 400 gram when I ordered a 600 gram. She said because 2 rip was missing from my original plate, ???? really now. . After eating 2 hard RIP, by force. The order should have been done correctly the first time around so I won't have to waste my time and return it!! Even on the second try, the RIPs missed the mark.. thou less harder than before.

No service and got food poisoning.

After arriving a few minutes before 11h we wanted to order beer, but could not because it was too early. After we ordered non-alcoholic drinks the table next to us received their beers (before 11h).

Could not get the waitress to take our order even after asking multiple other staff members to please take our order. Went to the kitchen to ask for the manager. The manager was extremely rude and dismissive and eventually took our order without apologising for delays.

After a long time we receive our food, but that afternoon I developed an upset stomach and still have a fever the next day. The food poisoning may have been on purpose since our waitress did not come back to our table again and seemed to have a personal grudge against our table.
