They deserve 5 stars in my personal feedback.
From the first minute I went there, all the staff were very friendly and helpful at the same time. But i would like to mention Aqila, from the Information and Reservations Consultant department, who has given to me an excellent attention and the most important, she solved the big issue I had with a double payment by mistake with the Wild Card.

So I highly recommend to visit this tourism office. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful office , frendly, helpful assistants .What detracts is that there is little to none broucers or pictures that one can away and study to plan your holiday. It would also help if those assistants had visited the places they try to describe to you.

Visited them for the first time yesterday to do bookings for the new Sanparks Winter 2020 Season. As a courtesy they opened their doors for customers queuing since 5am at just after 6:30, served coffee and muffins at no charge, chatted to customers to ensure all documentation were in order and ten minutes before Sanparks bookings opened at 7:30 all staff were ready and waiting for the booking system to open. Excellent and friendly service. Highly recommended! They will certainly see me again!

I visited earlier today 12 midday Friday 31st January, I was meet by 4 members of staff, 3 of whom were giggling, laughing and talking amongst themselves. I started to look around, although I did have a query, but was made to feel uncomfortable and very unwelcome. I was approached by a tall male, who asked if he could assist. I felt his approach was offhand, he then went back to the desk and started discussing me and my query assuming I could not understand what was being said. I felt they were offhand, rude and should certainly not represent a welcoming face of capetown. I left without sorting out my issue and have now have to find an alternative method to assist me. I would of preferred zero stars!!!
