Very nice place to get a steak and fries, as well as a beer or cider! I had the Brazilian Steak. Also a nice place to get a cappuccino. I wish I could remember the name of the man who served us, he was very nice. This was in early January.

Don't know what is happening here now...your waiting time for your food is unexcaptable . Like who should wait up to 45 minutes to get their food? And it's the 2nd time its happening, the last time I left before I could even order , it took forever to get someone to take the order. This used to be my favourite Spur .

Service was quite awkward, hostess was opening our food and having discussions with other staff members over our food.. Bit slow, however the burger was nice, but the chips had a piece of wire and some burnt piece of chip at the bottom that made me lose my appetite. First time going there and a real off-putting experience

Waiter was friendly food came out quickly chips was a small portion though. The restaurant was clean all covid 19 protocols observed. Disappointed in the small mug they use for filter coffee. It is a rainy winter's morning in Cpt I expected the same sized mug other Spurs use. Other than that a good experience.

We ordered some Apache Combo and part of some pork meat was not well done. We then as politely to get it well done, then The Manager came by himself to assist us and apologized. Besides it was not a complaint to us, we just find the stuff very welcoming and able to please their customers. Thank you so much Mr Manager ( Apache Spur Steak Cape Town) Salute.

Dinner in the morning and the criteria was met. A little busier than expected, but the service consistency is still tops
