I like the vibe, just wish they would fix the lockers and just upgrade the equipment.
Think more than 50% of woman's lockers broken.

This gym ought to be closed down. Besides the dismal lack of standards, the staff isn't personable at all, you can tell they hate their jobs. The gym is also almost always overcrowded and even when it isn't the space still feels very small. I'm not sure if Zone Fitness is a franchise but if it is then this one is going against all of the standards associated with ZF. It feels like a community gym in the township and not a gym where people are actually paying monthly membership fees. Wouldn't recommend it all, if you need to use a Zone Fitness gym in town rather go to the one in Kloof.

Nothing more to expect from Zone fitness,they are the last option to consider because of transportation convenience for me .There is no water at the gym .

Imagine after a work out boom there was no running water.And some of us had to go to work,when u noticed that there was no running water this shld have been the first priority ,it was better close thr whole facility than this poor ,dismal service. I'm so disappointed with you Team Zone fittnes

Recently started gyming again, and sected this place for restart. Not in full action yet,doing cycling and rover. But I like streching to finish it up, second day in a row, the studio room is booked for trainer. This shows that other audience is not important, morning is the busiest traffic, and this 6 to 8 is allocated to private trainers. This was never experienced in my first run previous year

This is my disappointment.

Very Poor service. They Prolong cancellation process with their poor service but continue monthly deduction despite this. Even after cancellation. Be careful when signing up. Do not be blinded by the cheap rates at the start of your membership - inquire about the fine print. Ask for clarification because they won’t go out of their way to communicate things clearly.

Not that great for first time members; didn't receive the "first day" tour and apart from the cardio machines, there's no other sense of direction when it comes to other equipment.
Otherwise it has all you need, closes pretty late, which is great for those working in CBD and all equipment seem to be working fine.

The Rondebosch branch is still ten times better though...in my opinion
