We went to Wimpy in the Golden Acre on the 22nd of December 2021 to order the famous Wimpy cappuccino and farmhouse breakfast.

One of my friends ordered dessert, flapjack and ice-cream.

While the waittress were bringing the dessert we noticed she didn't wear a mask. When we asked about that she offered to bring a new dessert without hesitation. She didn't wear a name tag, so we couldn't write her name down.

The food was great, but we are very concerned about the safety precautions within the Wimpy restaurant. Why would someone walk around without a mask during a global pandemic?

One of my WORST experiences at WIMY at the ( Golden Acre Mall Cape Town) We ordered a Mix Grill, wait almost 55minutes, when did arrive it was Ice Cold. We refused to accept it. And walked out.
Unfortunate, Terrible services, the lady that take the order happed to be the Manageress, Time we waited was from 13.00hrs to 14.30hrs.
Bad and can get worse, due to complacency ??

The food was good but I was disappointed with the presentation , yet the service was very slow the waitress was not friendly but professional, cleanliness I would say 7/10 since I had to switch tables because they didn't sweep the floor and wipe the table after the previous guest.

I was very impressed eating here. I usually don't like to many carbs. The waitress that served me then told me I could order salad with my toasted sandwich. Food was great and staff was friendly

I didn't enjoy the food but needed to eat a salad and service was bad.i constantly had to ask for stuff that I need.

Worst experience I ordered on the wimpy app the store does not have a phone number whoever is running this store must fix a lot of things or hire/train staff I don't think I will eat again there

We went on 16 December 2019, a group of 33 people, we enquired about the "Monday Special" buy one get one free, and was informed that due to the public holiday it was cancelled. Who does that? None the less we sat and had our breakfast. Some of us got our breakfast only later and was given the excuse of a "Blue Monday" our waiter was also very abrupt with little or no real client service skills. Please improve?
