I didn't like the experience I had this afternoon at Hungry lion ADDERLEY Street in Cape town. I wouldn't in courage anyone to eat at that specific restaurant the reason being there don't know how to serve their clients .when I was buying there treated me like there are doing me a Favour by selling food to me. The worst part in I asked for Big Bite 2 spicy with added large chips but instead there gave me NORMAL and with small chips the worst part is when I corrected them the lady at the back kitchen shouted at me insisting she can't help it because she couldn't get the correct meal from anywhere. Just look how small the meat is its not worth the money

Vodacom rewarded me with free food, so I took a trip to see what it was all about! What great service for a busy establishment! Friendly staff and super fast service from the kitchen. Well done!

Was debating between kfc and hungry lion so went with hungry lion for a change. No hello no thank you. Manager on duty wanted to argue about the bad customer service. Chicken wasn't my cup of tea.

Horrible service, accepted order online and when delivery guy went to pick it up they did not address him in a professional manner. They just said they are closed. Yet, payment was taken and app shows order is ready.

Food was surprisingly good for the price. Unfortunately, due to the location, the staff struggle with vendors and homeless people harassing customers in the seating area. However, the staff did deal with the case I witnessed quickly and professionally.

If I could give you guys a 0.1 stars I would ...

It was my first time eating at hungry lion and today felt like that day to try them out ..

First of all the driver was a whole 25 mins late ..
Food looked like it was just thrown together as if they are forced to make this food , payed for a full meal but never got my chips .....
First of all I dont always get takeout but when I do I would like to pay for the quality of food I'm getting , and what myself and my colleague got looked like I went to the zoo and got food ... highly dissatisfied with the service and quality of food .. will never buy fron hungry lion in Adderly street again

Hope this problem will be solved or staff will be aware of this complaint .

There Big boss burger is my favorite. This is a must when I'm in town. Or i will Order via uber eat. Great service
