Was very dissapointed in the service. I don't see the point in the ordering and paying process... you have to stand in two lines, why?
And the machine that you need to use is not straight forward and there's no one to assist... they dont consider the elderly people that doesnt know how to use the newer technology.

Got served coffee with no sugar when asking they told me there’s no sugar that’s it,I had to be persistent to get assistance on getting another order

Chicken salad was awful, the salad contents like the carrots and beetroot were not fresh at all. The orange juice was horrible, it tasted like water was added to it. And the wait for food was long, only to be disappointed. McDonald's Golden Acre is really a disappointment.

Some days good service, some days bad. Best to order at a self service kiosk as they usually only have one till in use. (why do outlets have multiple tills but only use 1 or 2?) The staff also talk to each other too much instead of helping customers. But I'm sure as you're reading this, you have experienced this at most stores.

They have self service pay stations which could become quite helpful. Hence two stars and not one.
I ordered a café latte and it was very disappointing. I could only drink one cup in the week so I didn't want to waste it by drinking that. I would rather have a cup of instant coffee.
