I was sad when they cut down the pines, but it's really good to see the fainbos grow back. Lovely easy walk/run along a Jeep track then onto the mountain. No shade in the beginning, but there are trees about 2km up. Beautiful for a cool summer day or warm winter one.

Good spot for a quick easy walk. Just a little busy on weekends.

Great walking area and safe , park your car while car guard there otherwise road side , if u want a two hour trek go to the waterfall in the ravine

Spent a beautiful morning strolling through the forest. It is such a spectacular place, and is slowly but surely being restored to its natural state of Fynbos over pine and gum plantations.
The parking is limited so make sure to get there early. This is also a fantastic place to walk your dog as there are so many other dogs around for them to socialise with.

There is even still a stream flowing down, where the dogs can drink.

Easy accessible route into forest. Old blue gums and pines have been cut and cleared, making for less shade and hot walk, but is perhaps quickest way to get to contour path until Constantia Nek.

Amazing place for a hike to the top of Table Mountain or a gental stroll along the many streams or forests

An excellent place for taking your dogs a stroll of for a serious hike up onto the mountain.
