Glorious walks and trails for all levels of fitness ; don’t be put off by the jammed car park, once you get going there’s no one around. Great for dogs but must have a leash as baboon troops reside in the hills. Tip the guard on the way out ; he has valuable insight on the conditions.

I particularly love this walk when it rains and then the waterfall is even more stunning. A great walk and one can see much of the southern suburbs stretching out to Gordons Bay and more.

Beautiful scenery and varied flora to be seen. The walk itself is not challenging and can be fun for kids.

I'm a novice hiker and found this trail to be very easy and enjoyable. Beautiful views with a fantastic waterfall to take a nice break at, I highly recommend this trail for any level of hiker. It's not a terribly long hike with some parts in full sun and other parts shaded.

Fantastic views of Constantia all the way to Muizenberg and as far as Gordon’s bay.
The trail doesn’t really have markings but that isn’t necessary as the trail is easy to follow without them. The dam at the top was a treat to see and one can walk all the way to the cable car if you’d like to.

Absolutely lovely destination for a walk with children.

There is a lot to see along the way and the Cub Scouts that we took thoroughly enjoyed it ☺️

The waterfall in Cecilia Forest is like a scene out of a Jurassic Park movie. It's absolutely breath-taking u0026 always worth the hike to it. Takes btwn approx 75mins from the car park u0026 using a normal walking pace.

Beautiful, tranquil and no better place to visit on a gorgeous day. Streams and waterfalls are flowing after the rains.
