This restaurant is located inside kirstenbosch gardens which requires entrance, see website for details. The restaurant is clean and well organized with inside and outside seating. The food is fantastic especially their breakfast. The staff are friendly and attentive. Do note pensioners day, Tuesday, as the restaurant fills up very quickly and you might need to que.
There is free parking and the venue is wheelchair accessible. Highly recommended

We visited the Kirstenbosch Tea Room on Women's Day and the restaurant was therefore buzzing with activity. The waiter was very friendly and the service was fast and efficient. The restaurant serves a high tea for two for R350 which is delicious and not to pricey. The setting is also lovely as the restaurant is surrounded by mountains and lovely fynbos. Definitely a place to visit for a high tea!

Restaurant is very nicely situated with plenty of outside seating. Meals are quite pricey, for locals, but our portions were generous and served with tasty fresh salads. Service from the restaurant staff was pleasant and efficient.

Yesterday we had lunch here. Because of celiac disease i have to eat gluten free. That was absolutely no problem. We ordered Shashuka with gluten free bread and two gluten free muffins (cranberry and cinnamon with grated cheese and jam). I also had the homemade strawberry lemonade which tasted really naturally, not synthetically at all. We cab highly recommand this bistro.

The food at Fynkos is usually excellent and I've had no complaints...until today! This burnt offering was my take out of today's special. Very disappointing to say the least.

Such beautiful, tranquil surroundings. The scones are the best! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive.

Great restaurant ????
Nice people are working there.
Food is so delicious, save some space for homemade scones ????

The only problem that the place is open only till 4 o’clock.
