Firstly to start off with. You need to work on employing friendlier staff at the tills. Staff that takes pride in their job, staff with a smile on their face. I do not want to feel like an intruder when spending my money at your store. This applies to the Checkers Liquor side of your business as well. After numerous encounters and dealings with your business, this seems like a a repetitive experience.

Secondly, do not sell firewood that is soaking wet. You are making more money off of firelighters than on the wood you sell!

It's a decent checkers. Very clean and neat. Well stocked with your essentials. They have a big variety of cheeses as well.

Shelves not always stocked, especially at the drinks section. Clerks at till points are not always friendly and sometimes even have bad attitudes but I do enjoy shopping there just wish they would look at those points.

This is my absolute favourite shopping store and everytime it is a new experience. Attention to detail is fantastic. Keep doing what you doing. Love the friendly helpful staff on the floor and also at the tills. Thank you!????????

I often shop at this Checkers branch and always had a very pleasant shopping experience. Friendly staff that are always willing to help and mangers who are willing to phone you once out of stock items are back on the shelves. Can surely recommend shopping at Checkers Okovango Crossing
