McDonald's Okavango Drive-Thru

Another dissapointing experience at this Mcdonalds. Have not written about anything before but they really just do not seem to want to do good business so giving a review now. If you want to be dissapointed make sure to go here.
Getting order wrong once again and then this is the amount of chips we got....with a cooldrink leaking all over the place.
Thanks Mcdonalds Okovango. Great South African service as can be expetced.

I don't usually go to the extent of writing a review but todays experience was exceptionally dissapointing. Our order was stone cold on arrival. The fries tasted like it was from yesterdays batch. Our burgers which were supposed to have onions and extra mayo but arrived with a single slice of gherkin and nothing else.

To put the cherry on top we ordered the iced coffee that comes with the (homestyle) doughnut. What arrived was literally a piece of dry tasteless bread/dough. No sugar, no glaze no nothing.

I've had some bad experience with standards with this establishment but this one was by far the worst.

I ordered over an hour ago and my order nevee arrived, yet on the app it says delivered. You guys are scammers and now you are not picking up your phone. What a waste of my time. I will never order from you again. Now I will go to bed hungry because of your incompetence.

Not a good experience at McDonald's. I ordered a simple cheeseburger meal, the fries were ok, but the burger was so dry, with no sauce and only 1 slice of gerkin on.
The other thing is, I chose to have a sit down meal, and there were a lot of Uber/Takealot and other delivery guys there in the sit down area, in and out of the toilets. Wasn't a good experience.

Totally disgusting food!! We ordered using Uber Eats. The burger rolls were old and both burgers and chips were ice cold. The first delivery did not get the order correct and we had to wait nearly 40 minutes before we received the redelivery of this horribly disappointing meal. I have uninstalled my Uber Eats app and will definitely not use McDonald's Okavango again.

Staff is professional, friendly and the place looks clean and neat from outside. From the person taking the order, to the payment of the product there was only happyness. We went through drive-thru and got what we ordered so that's a something good. Service was quick and no time wasting.

I am done with McDonald's okavango's unfriendly staff
I understand when you run out of products/toys that the children want.but the tone of voice when telling a payment customer should be up to par
Fix this or Okavango will be losing a lot of customers
