I placed an order from them of an item that wasn't in stock, everything i was looking for the shop had no stock of. Tried calling them a couple times and they said they would call me back which they never did. I won't bother calling them again and won't waste my time going back there either.

From the moment you walk into the store, the staff are friendly, helpful, passionate about firearms and made it an absolute pleasure just being in the store.

I would personally go back in a heartbeat to support City Guns.

Iv been struggling for feedback from this place for over a month now. No one returns calls, replys to emails, or social media messages about items/services they advertise.

Better to take the drive to safari outdoor where they want to actually do business

I purchased a Rifle from and estate that is stored at City Guns.
From Friday 2nd August I send 7 e-mails to the manager and first one staff member and two e-mails to the manager and 2staff members with all the required documents they requested.
NO acknowledgement, reply, nothing.

Last week I left to messages for the manager to phone me, nothing new . No contact no wonder him or his staff is not responding to any messages or e-mails.
I requested banking details for the courier costs on 2 e-mails, nothing.
When I phoned yesterday 05 August the one employee told me he could not hear me I must mail him.
I did to no avail.

Absolutely shocking that customers are treated this way.
