I normally enjoy a breakfast at this premises. They normally prepare their food with lots of care. Unfortunately my breakfast was not up to their normal high standard today. I had a All Rounder breakfast. I mainly picked this breakfast for the hashbrown that comes with it.

The food was well presented but the hashbrown was basically oily mash pressed into the shape of a hashbrown. It was very very soft drenched in oil and not crispy at all. I hope this is not their new standard as it was horrible.

I am allergic to dairy products and this premises only provides butter. No margarine. Funny enough the butter they serve is frozen rock hard and would have been an issue to use on the toast.

The coffee however is still very good.

The staff is still very friendly and their service is top notch.

As the venue is very open and relaxing I will return at some point and retry the breakfast. Hope they get it right then.

This is a great restaurant and I will definitely visit them again.The price is reasonable and the food is even better. I have ordered a breakfast and it was really better than expected.See photos of breakfast attached.

Guarantee 20 minute wait for food. Nothing more, may be less than 20 minutes too. Perfect???????? good quality food and beverages

The service from the floor was excellent but the 30min wait for a toasted cheese and bacon is too long.No cheese that could be seen or tasted and 1st cup Americano was like filter coffee until I complained and then got a decent one.Staff in kitchen not up to it and waitresses are aware of it.

Coffee shop located in the entrance foyer of the Panorama Medi Clinic hospital. Friendly and helpful service from the staff. Ample seating available. One can also order most items as take away.

I'm totally disgusted and not impressed with the service of the manager Chanelle.

I'm a patient in the hospital and due to my circumstances I cannot walk to the Cafe down stairs.

I asked to pay with the card machine and she says then I must ma walk down cause they cannot help me then.

I'm on bed rest I got drips on and I'm not
allowed to walk and this lady just says so arrogantly then you must walk down as I cannot help you then.
