Arrived there. As per scheduled at 11 but I only went into the doctors room at 12:30. I had a severe stomach bug and the doctor that examined Me just looked at me, felt my stomach and took my blood pressure, after that he made up his mind. After that he basically ignored what I had to say, gave me my prescription and asked me to leave. The next day at work I still had the severe stomach bug even though the doctor (very cocky) the previous day told me these pills will work. R400 wasted I will never ever return there again. I'll definitely make sure all my friends and family will not return as well. Worst worst doctors visit ever

You can make-up an appointment beforehand.Doctors are professional and experienced. Receptionist are friendly and helpful especially when you need to be referred to a specialist.

Not impressed by the fact that you make an appointment in advance, but when you arrive, you always have to wait for an extensive amount of time before actually going into the consultation room with the doctor.
Please be more time-conscious to the patients.

Dr is great but the front lady is unprofessional. I booked an appointment but still had to wait long to be seen cause she was letting people in by first come first served bases. This should have been mentioned before hand so that i can book my appointment else where

Never go there if you in a hurry eragardless you have an appointment or not. Never go there if you are sick. If ever you do bring a hard puzzle to solve and a lunchbox.

Poor service, very poor. I waited for like 2 hours regardless the fact that I had an appointment, the doctor kept walking out of the room leaving me unattended. And Yoh he doesn’t listen, as if I didn’t pay to see him. It was just absurd!!!

After getting to the doctor at 14:00, the lady working at receptionist is very unprofessional. She made myself and other patients wait outside until 14:30, but allow other people in. My concern was that people came there at 14:30 and was helped before the people that arrived there at 14:00, this is very unprofessional. Dr Bassies is an excellent doctor and unprofessional behavior like this can really make his reputation bad.

I urge doctor to please look into this because every patient should be treated equally and fair. All of us is sick and want to be attended to, that’s why some people come way before the time so that the can be helped as soon as possible.

Dr Bassies is an 5/5 doctor but the receptionist is not even 1/5. We need professional people.
