I wanted to buy a new phone at Pep because my phone suddenly died. I only had a proof of residence which was 5 months since all my documents under 3 months were on my phone which died and they refused to help me, so I went to the next store Clicks, told them my problem and within a heartbeat they went out of their way to help me, why couldn't the Pep employees treat me the same way.

On friday 22 october 2021 i went to pay a 250rand on my avon at pep and didnt recieve a slip however i need that slip for proof of payment how do i get a slip now do i go back and will they help me

Very disappointed with the pep paxi service at this branch. My parcel was collected by a complete stranger. It's a wonder how he was allowed to collect the parcel without a pin. Utterly disappointed. I have lost my faith in paxi and pep.
