My Twin brother and I went there (on our birthday, 24 May) already thinking of canceling our Hyperly voucher. Poor telephone attiquetes from the "receptionist", Charmaine. The lady is argumentative in approach.. . My brother asked her "when is a customer wrong?" she said "all the time". On principle she was right, but very loud and rude.
