Absolutely horrible place! Horrible customer service. I ordered food over the Mr D app, restaurant got my order wrong. Called to get it fixed, the owner or manager was extremely rude over the phone, didn't have a care in the world that the order was wrong.

Refused to help me, said I should just get a refund from Mr D and that he`s not going to do anything about it. Just ended the phone call in my ear as well. He kept on saying "Oh what should I do? What should I do. What do you want me to do."

Like, that was it. Being very rude, very impatient, not helpful in anyway. Also logged a complaint with Mr D in regards to this store or restaurant, they have no care for customers or the food they put out. And overpriced.

AND, I had to call 13 times before they picked up the phone. It`s like the owner was trying to ignore me on purpose. Never ordering from them again. I would highly suggest you rather order from Tony`s right next door.

Hands down the worst fish and chips in Durbanville. They say their fish is hake but don't think so. Tony's next door sells better fish and chips. Way better.

If you are looking for authentic, old school service, then this is your fish shop! Asked the right questions, product is fantastic and overall, fantastically priced! Well done!

Staff were seen wearing masks below their noses and the owner had his mask under his chin for the duration of my visit as he handled the food. I checked the fish shop next door to see if the staff there had masks on properly and I saw they all had their masks worn correctly. The food is satisfactory but the mask situation warrants a demerit. I'd advise going next door for the time being.

Great value for money! The boyfriend and I got enough fish and chips for 2 meals each. On ubereats and classic South African fish and Chips that will transport you to the coast!

We bought fish and chips last night. First time going there as we were looking for a fisheries we could use frequently.
The fish was okay , the chips was not fresh , must have stood a while ,and some were so crispy inedible. The rolls were not fresh. Very disappointing.
