Service is horrible!!!!
Staff members not friendly.

Order for our family,
1. Kiddies Meal, they give the box without the cold drink and toy.
Ask tehm, they only give the drink, ask again for the toy, the give a girl, for a boy, with an attitude! We ask for boy and simply turn his back on us. When you got home, our chilly cheese fries is so cold they and no peppers in it.

Ag the list goes on! Poor pooor service from Macdonald, not the first time! It doesn't day much about the management.

What a fabulous experience with your warm friendly and efficient staff today. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 hot chocolates. I had friendly fast service and was kindly asked to park as the hot chocolate would be brought to my car. After my passenger had a little mishap she ran to get some servietts and shortly there after your wonderful staff brought us a wet and dry cloth to clean up the spill and a new cup of hot chocolate. What a bunch of superstars please tell them their smiles, consideration and kindness were greatly appreciated.

Extremely rare occurrence that this branch will have orange juice or ice coffees on a Saturday morning for breakfast.

Rather go elsewhere if you want orange juice or iced coffees for breakfast, every week is a different reason why they don’t have.

Also, double check your order before you leave, I can’t recall one time my order was correct or package correctly.

Absolutely useless, will not be returning.

The cashier who worked there this morning was extremely unfriendly with a huge attitude.
I’ve waited to order at the order point for a long time, after calling over the intercom for assistance a few times with no answer I’ve decided to drive through to the pay point as there were no cars in the line and I thought maybe the intercom was broken.
Just to arrive at the cashier, where I then wanted to put in my order and she didn’t want to help me and almost made me drive back to the order point. She eventually took my order with a very big attitude.
Unnecessary experiences like this just puts a bad taste in one’s mouth. I drive through this McDonalds almost every morning to buy a coffee, but with so many coffee shops in the area I would just consider supporting someone else.

At least the people at the food section has always been very friendly.

Not sure if they are under new management, but I have seen a deinitee overall improvement. Service is faster and friendlier, and food quality has improved. Will definitely be frequenting more often

Friendly staff. We just stood up and there was a staff member cleaning our table for should someone new arrive, they will get a clean sanitized table. Well done

I've Been coming to this McDonald's since it opened. Never ever have I received the service I received today.... Infact I have never received any service like this at any McDonald's. The staff members were friendly, kind and wanted to be here, they wanted to help me. The new way of ordering is a big change but the lady thay helped me was Patient and laughed at my jokes. Than you McDonald's Durbanville you surprised me today.
