I've heard many good things about this place but my experience with them has been nothing but underwhelming and their communication is horrible.

It's a 35 minute drive for me to get to this place so ideally I had made arrangements with the owner a day in advance and we had agreed on a time (which in itself was a mission as he wanted to liaise over WhatsApp but doesn't respond timely).

Notified him when I was on my way (as he had requested) only to get there and find no one available to assist me. Called him while I was there and instead of an apology all I got was excuses and him shifting the blame onto me for not calling him before I came through - like seriously now? He could have at least sent me a message to say something came up and he was unavailable today.

Really disappointed with the service received.

I'm always greeted with a friendly smile when I arrive. The mine of information on offer is amazing. Over all, it's a must visit if you need anything for your aquarium.

Great fish tanks, good knowledge of aquariums.
Recommend their service, punctual service with a balanced Service Level Agreement.
