This is the worst clinic to take your sick child to.
My daughter and I arrived before 8am we sat without being assisted for 3 hours straight. It got to a point where I had to go ask the receptionist what’s going on twice!
The only kids that were being assisted are the ones who were there for immunisation basically.
At 11:33 my child was still not assisted bare in mind we got here before 8am. The group of people I came with left and they even assisted people who came after me and my child.
As I am writing this review right now I asked them to give my child’s clinic card back so I can take her somewhere else coz it’s clear that your child needs to die before they assist you.
I am not the only parent who experienced this, all the parents that came with sick kids were livid.
If this clinic’s main focus is immunisation and family planning only then that should be stated and not let us risk our children’s lives in hope’s of being assisted fairly and on time.
They don’t even deserve this 1 star I gave them, should be 0.

They might as well just say it's a children's wellness(immunisation) clinic, because if you're gonna go there as a sick adult then you're in for disappointments .I was chased away for two consecutive days and told to come back again as if am a money spender going up and down for nothing.
Worst experience of mylife????

The staff working @this clinic are caring and loving. The place is clean.
The service I received was 5 star considering its a public clinic. 7.30 am appt is a standard time for everyone(I think) so they can arrange their day depending with the needs of patients. It takes time but it's flowing coz remember we are many and we all need assistance. So spare yourself 2-3 hrs. And come with patience and consideration it's a public clinic so private doctor mentality won't work here.

Security dude is clueless, rude and really nasty.

He is either pressing his phone or eating

The immunization officers themselves are kind and warm.

The service is very poor shem you wait for hours and i don’t see a point of booking an appointment always short staff mxm????????

Best public clinic ever. Very professional and friendly staff. I’ve been taking my kids there for the past two year. I’m always happy with their service.

Best service I've received at a public institution, reasonable waiting period (I had not set an appointment), the place is hygienic with professional yet friendly health practitioners.
