Derrick is patient, helpful and really goes out of his way to provide a personal touch to his service. He is very accommodating to one's needs, requests and instructions for customized designs. I walked into the Grand Diamonds store after having a suboptimal experience at Cape Diamonds and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made this year :)

Jaimee my point of contact at Grand Diamonds was Amazing! She took the time to understand what was important to me and educated me on all the options available. She's a professional who knows her stuff!

Saying this is the best Jewelry in South Africa is not an overstatement. Leandro is simply the best. I bought my wife's engagement ring back in 2015 then the wedding band. Was an absolute JEM of a ring. Unfortunately we lost the ring and had another one made thinking we will never have a ring like that one again. How wrong we were, surprise the new ring is even more spectacular than the first. Best service, professional and keeping us informed every step of the way. Was a custom design to perfection.
