This must be one of the most Customer friendly jewellers in the world. I bought a ring a few years ago and unfortunately lost a diamond. I contacted Jutta who put me on to one of the managers Tim who arranged for the ring to be sent back from the UK and contacted me to say they would replace the diamond and redesign a new ring with the other diamonds at little cost to myself in the UK I was quoted £1400 for repair and Tim's price is a fraction on that cost. Always a prompt friendly response and nothing seems any trouble doubt you would find this kind of service in the UK. Well done Jewel Africa and hopefully when we are allowed to travel can get back to a most beautiful shop where you can spend the whole day browsing with no problem. I cannot thank you enough for all your help.
