Sports are fun to watch at this stadium. It's well cared for and looked after. Easy to find and the big Cape Town stadium is right next to it. Parking also limited if there is a big event happening, get to your destination early for parking. Otherwise you will have to walk far to get to the venue. Security is visible around the stadium so it gives you a sence of safety.

Awesome for track and field experience, well maintained and comes with secure parking, situated opposite the DHL CAPE TOWN stadium and is an overall great venue

Watched the WPA Masters which started at 07:00. Would be great if there were a coffee shop on the premises. Track and field still in good condition. I can picture myself running a couple of laps here. And watched a beautiful sunrise from the stands.

We participated athletics day and our boys enjoyed. There is a food supplier, you can buy sandwiches, cool drinks... And toilets were not bad.
