Clean rooms, okay. Use to have a nice coffee shoppe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now we need to look for places down the street. For me its not the money worth. Stay for 4 years here for Argus but this is my last stay at check inn.

Its an ok hotel. I stayed there for 1 night but wouldn't go there again for safety reasons. Once we received our key, we made sure everything was in order and noticed our door wouldn't lock. We mentioned it to the front desk guy and he said the maintenance guy was on a lunch break and would fix it once his lunch was done. He assured us our belongings would be safe, we returned a few hours later and our door was not fixed. Our belongings was okay but we hardly slept cause we knew it only took 1 push for anyone to enter our room. Disappointing!

This is an overpriced dump. Worse, it's name is check-in - a process which took us 40 minutes. If you have any other option, do not stay here. Rooms are basic, clean-ish. Staff are obnoxious.

Very good value hotel. Amazing location near restaurants and bars. My favourite was the kind receptionist who help us sort out several issues always friendly and helpful.

We knew beforehand that room would be small but were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable we were. (Executive Room). Very clean and neat. Fresh towels and room cleaned daily. Everything works. Hot water. Soap in hand basin. Complimentary shampoo and body lotion. Limited hanging space with hangers but enough for daily use. Small towel rack under basin. Lots of space under bed to store your luggage. Extra blanket and pillow - can request more. Aircon and TV. Well stocked cold drinks machine (that actualy works ????), chocolates and other goodies in lobby. Even pies and microwave. No ice machine. All staff extremely friendly, professional and helpful. (Thanks for being such a hands-on manager Roger!). We stayed 4 nights for the Cape Town Cycle Tour so undercover parking was a challenge as the hotel was fully booked, but were fortunate to find space every time. Spar store and choice of restaurants within close walking distance. We will be back....
