My vehicle was safely parked behind the locked gate and a short walk to the main building. I was lucky to be the only person in the dormatary, which had en suite hot shower and toilet. The shared kitchens seem to have everything I needed, including free tea and coffee. Entrance is bit hidden on Northshore drive. There was DSTV in the communal lounge

I stayed from December 24 2018 to 28 December.
I liked the warmth service from Thoko. The facility is best next to the sea. Accommodation is very good. I will be coming back soon.
I however was not comfortable with a note in the kitchen that said " your mother is not working here, so wash the dishes "

WiFi wasn't working while I was there, just one day though. Rooms did not have proper lockup facilities for laptops etc, but it was safe and it is cheaper. Hout Bay is amazing, so this place does give us the opportunity to visit on a budget. I suggest having your own car!

Great place to stay in an amazing location. The crew is the kindest, the rooms are spacious and clean and the facilities are perfect. We could have wished for nothing more.

I had to request clean sheets for the beds on arrival which was changed. The dust was lying in heaps in the corner of the room. The goup staying at the facilty at the same time was extremely loud when they arrived at night past ten. There was a man and women standing right in front of our door room that night, that was having an argument. The noise and argument upset my children tremendously and we couldnt wait for morning to leave. Definately not a good experience and I feel that management should better manage the facilty with regards to issue above. Overall nice view. With our experience, definately not worth the money to have paid for the upset of my family, especially my children!

Convenient location but if the winds are howling, the sand will be blowing all night and on your car! Only inconvenience is that the entrance is around the other side of the building where you park
