This is my go-to shop for the best biltong and dry wors in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. And the best price. And a wide selection of other meat and braai products. They are famous for their excellent boerewors and meat patties. And to top it all - excellent service.

Great boerewors, really great taste. Many other meat products to choose from at excellent quality. They also offer many farm type products such as risks, biscuits, jams and many more. Awesome friendly service at all times and their shop is always sparkling clean. Always quite busy which proofs that many people like their products, but you are always helped very efficiently. Definitely worth a visit, I'll recommend Joey's meat any day.

Best boerewors in the northern suburbs I've found to date. Service is quick and the shop is clean and well run but lines get long quickly as this place is very popular and for good reason. Limited selection of meats, they mainly focus on free range mince, boerewors and patties. Well priced beef fillet and frozen chicken breast available from time to time.

Really really happy with there meat products and so is my family.. Was introduced to them by me neighbor and I never looked back.. The peach boerewors is super delicious... There boerewors is a really good good wors for sure... There meat products are all round excellent... I have tried there cheese grilles and cheese and bacon wors.. There burgers are very very very nicely juicy with the variety they have. Staff is helpful and strict with protocols with covid and the shop is clean and inviting????????????????

I have to be honest, the only reason I can fault this butcher is because their Droewors is not the best in the Western Cape that I have tried. The service though is very good and for a butchery they have a fair variety of other products which include other traditional South African fare such as rusks and biscuits and of course braai spices. There are not half stars or they could have got a 4.5 rating. Also quite conveniently located. Friendly and efficient staff make shopping here a good experience too. So far my second favourite butchery although you have to travel a bit to get to my favourite.
