Disappointing, place looks nothing like the pictures , got there our booking was not confirmed , room was not 100%clean and the noise level was extreme literally booked our a day before the time , waste of money

If you have to, and I mean HAVE to, book @ la casa tromp str just pray to God you don't have to deal with Grace. She is the kind of person who would steal your last morsel of food and act as if she were doing you a favour. I would rather defocate from my mouth than to have to deal again with someone so deceitful and unpleasant.

Not as advertised in the pictures on Google which is false advertising the room I was given was very dirty the bedding had weird stains with the pillows the walls and the floor were also dirty someone kept smoking in the house which was quite unpleasant the staff were very nice people but the place itself just dirty, too much noise.

Th room and the place was not as on advertising, the bath tub tap was broken there was no soap or anything int he room there was no nice bedding ours had cigarette burn on our duvet cover.. The people there are loud and noisy, will not be staying there again.

The place is not how it looked on the website. It is very dirty everything is broken their kitchen with filthy pots even worse the owner came with his friends and sat on the lounge that's meant for guests and drank alcohol as we were braaing our meat some of his friends came ask for meat from us i found that unprofessional

A place I will never recommend even to my worst enemy only if we arrived early with my friends we were going to reject them and took our money somewhere else the place needs to be closed down and get proper Renovation in business its not about making money but spending money as well to keep business in standard
We will never set our foots there xeim am sorry

Big No. Stay away here - - This is false advertising all round. Very Dirty, kitchen piled with dirty dishes, refrigerator probably never cleaned in years, bathroom dirty with flooding and water dripping on you should you dare use the unsanitised toilet. NO; NO! Walked in then walked out after 10min, I felt sick. Still waiting for bookings.com to revert back and refund the money paid.

Hope you are well.

I wanted to chat with you still but did not have the energy to do so.

This was my first weekend at the guest house but it was a horrible experience sorry to say.

The place is absolutely dirty each and everytime we want to use it. The bathroom stays dirty aswell as out of toilet paper unless we notify someone to clean it.

You told us we are allowed to play music until 10, but we were told by Josh at 7 our music is too loud but it was the exact same volume like the night we checked in.

We were continually bothered by a guy to tell us the music is loud and are we gangsters. We might be coloureds but we are surely not gangsters. We were told we would have the bar all to ourselves the weekend which was not true but we don't mind don't promise or tell people lies. You said we are allowed to smoke in that area but my family had to smoke outside as per Josh.

We asked you if you guys have cups, bowls, pots and things and you said yes. When we got there, there was no pans, pots or bowls to make a salad in.

I hope you will look into my concerns and make these things better for a next guest
