Great trail, with beautiful views from the beginning of the trail. Be sure to check the weather first though, as it get very windy as you go higher

Excellent route. Parking near the jeep track isn't too difficult. There are several people usually doing the climb so it doesn't really feel unsafe. There are several scrambles but nothing that's technical. The route is mostly in sun so pack a lot of water. Prepare for many lunges. Stunning views of Camps bay and the mountain itself. The route is well maintained and signposted. Fine even on windy days, but avoid if wet.

Truly a scenic route filled with breathtaking views, however you need to scale the mountainous and rocky paths that travel all the way to the top. These paths are not easy and therefore I'd recommend that a person has standard levels of fitness before attempting this hike.
Also check the wind speeds. Winds reached an average of 115km/h making it hazardous, especially when continuing up the narrow winding paths.

Beautiful view of Camps Bay and lions head. Do able even if you are unfit. Took me 4h in total going up and the same way down.

The trail is very well kept and not tough to navigate. It does get quite steep towards the last 1/3 of the hike so be prepared for that. The views however are definitely worth it. Especially coming down during sunset. Definitely worth it and also far less crowded than lions head.
