Great walk suitable for all levels of fitness and your pooch.
Park at the parking area at the bottom of Tafelberg Road, just as you take the turn off from Kloof Nek Road. Or take the Myciti 107 bus get off at the Kloof Nek stop.
The path mostly flat and is partially rocky which means you need to stop to enjoy the beautiful views over Camps Bay. The length of the walk depends on you, as you backtrack to the starting point. We walked to the Kasteelspoort turnoff which took 2 hours altogether and was 7 km in total.

Beautiful hiking trail. Not difficult at all, would recommend for all age groups/fitness levels

An amazing trail with an even better view!

It's best to come early otherwise parking might become an issue.

They trail is definitely on the easy side, there are some steep bits and a couple places where you'll have to use your arms for assistance, but noting too intense.

Great run and one of cape towns favorite’s among locals not just for running but hiking too.

My next favourite hiking trail. Was really lovely and scenic....good workout too. Good for children and dogs

This is a beautiful trail that shows off the Atlantic on one side, and the majesty of the mountains on your other side. It takes about about 4 hours to complete the trail. I was told that it would be a relatively flat walk, but this is NOT case! Definitely worth the effort though.

Scenic and easy route to go on with friends. Easy to talk and not physically draining or tough. Beginner's hike with wonderful views.
