So the first time I went to Kauai Kloof Street was awesome. We sat down, ordered some wraps and a burger. Awesome service, quick and easy. This is at 12pm. Fantastic experience. I then returned a week later because if you're treated exceptionally, you keep going back for more. Went at about 12:30pm, there wasn't a rush at all, but I ordered takeaway this time. I waited quite long, my smoothie started turning into water. A guy came in, they messed up his order as he was vegetarian and he ate chicken. I felt so bad for him. They have an entire team that works way too slow. I can't imagine what a rush would be like.

The food at any Kauai generally is really very good and fresh.This specific one is very close, but I reluctantly order from them because the food takes notoriously long ( longer than they indicate) , it always seems understaffed. When we sat down for breakfast it took even longer... And the order was wrong twice. A bit of let down if you're busy. The food was fresh and good though.

Ordered plant porridge pot. No nutbutter. So disappointed. You have one job. One ingredient. Not supporting Real Foods Group anymore, pathetic service without any concern for their customers.

Ordered a smoothie and wrap on the app. After 1 hour of waiting for my delivery I was called and told that the driver still has to deliver to waterfront first and that he’ll deliver in 30 mins. 1 more hour passed with no show from the driver. So I called and was told that all the bikes are broken and that they’d try to get an Uber driver to deliver it. I told them to cancel my order because I had waited for 2 hours. I mean who would want their food after 2 hours??? I was promised a refund but didn’t receive it. Contacted customer care via email the next day and I was promised that the “area manager” would contact me after 72 hours. It’s been a month and there’s still no contact or refund. My emails are being ignored. And the status of my order was changed to “delivered” the following day after I contacted customer care. Which was just pathetic.

I've been going to this Kauai for a long time now as it's right by my university, and I can safely say that this is the least efficient one there is.
The staff often seems to be disorganised and chaotic, which results in orders taking way too long to be finished.
This has always bothered me, however today was the last straw. I'm a vegetarian and I ordered a plan power wrap. I got it in a takeaway to have on campus, I took a bite and oh ok cool there's chicken. Of course I ran back to give it back to them, and while they were incredibly quick to make me the vegetarian wrap that I'd ordered, I couldn't help but feel that this place would be so much more enjoyable if this efficiency was the norm.
I was incredibly frustrated nonetheless.
So yeah sorry, but I think they've officially lost me this time.

First time visiting this branch at Kloof. Unfriendly staff, not much can be said about our interaction or lack of interest by the staff. Smoothie was not as thick as I have had it at other branches, tasted watered down in my opinion. The Wrap was delicious though.
