Absolutely love it. Clean and comfortable, good customer service and great food. Has nice clean toilets and it has a lovely atmosphere. We drive 10 km just to go eat there. I'm fussy on where I eat and what I eat and Nandos Gardens has not disappointed me ever. Well done.

I have been to many Nanos's branches in the past few years in SA. However this particular branch dose stand out with staff friendliness. Besides the obvious team work among them, its clear such a vibe dose impact the overall performance and of course the delicious food quality with happy customers like myself who always returns back to enjoy their food.
The only thing I would suggest is to have more stock available of their cheese cake, which it happens to be "out of stock" or "sold out" on a few occasions.

We placed an order through Uber Eats at around 7:20pm. The ETA was 8pm / 8:25pm max. Our delivery man was there before 8pm and waited for at least 30 minutes before giving up. A new one was assigned and same story again. At around 9pm the restaurant cancelled our order without giving any information. At that time many restaurants in the area stopped delivering so we had to quickly change plans.
Also I feel bad for the delivery guys who lost their time waiting there.

Just terrible.

Ordered the 1/2 chicken, mild with a drink. Buyi charged me R7 extra for the drink and then gave me a hot half chicken.

Then I went back again another time, sit down with friends, this time ordering 1/2 a chicken, again asking for mild. They gave me hot again. I asked them to change it, so they took my chicken to the back, washed it with water and applied the mild sauce.

Complete disregard for what I actually ordered.

Everytime I've placed a take away delivery, I've waited roughly 2 hours or more, even though the sms I recieve says it will take an hour. The delivery system also adds a charge on each item as well as a delivery fee.

Edit: don't bother phoning the call centre. They just hang up on you

Nandos chicken burger meal was so disappointing it made me laugh, because, it was not a Portuguese roll, it was a burger bun from Spar and then my Nandos salad was missing the feta cheese!! It was more like a Nandos burger made by Chakalaka Norris, who just doesnt care.

The food was great and the staff and service excellent. As always the taste and quantity of the food served was very good... Anyone looking for for a budget option for good quality and deliciosa chicken should definitely try them
