Awesome wine estate. Taste either wine, vodka, coffee or beer. Lovely outdoor art everywhere, beautiful gardens and even a food market with live music and a car museum. We did the wine tasting and loved the Merlot and Shiraz paired with dark chocolates.

Spent a lovely Sunday afternoon here. Stunning gardens, surrounded by the breathtaking Helderberg mountains. Wine estate offers wine tastings and cellar tours. Picnics on the beautiful lawns in a peaceful setting, under shady trees. Beautiful, well maintained gardens. Millhouse and Roastery Restuarants on site, as well as a coffee specialist store. Wedgewood nougat boutique store available for special gifts to purchase. Market on site, weekends only. Starts on Friday evenings with a live band. Over 70 vendor stalls to choose from. Lots of variety in cuisine from burgers, sushi, Mexican, Tunisian u0026 Indian dishes. Wine and craft beer is sold at the market. Crafts and jewellery stalls, as well as clothing items. There's also a motor studio with antique cars on display. Art gallery and Persian carpets for sale. Ideal for families. Lots of parking available. R 10 parking fee.

After lunch we decided to explore the estate a bit. There's is honestly so much to to you can spend the entire day there.

While we went wine tasting, the kids enjoyed ice creamed and painted some ceramics. There is plenty of lawn space to enjoy a picnic, there's the @lourensfordmarket and a coffee shop and roastery as well.

Couldn't leave without grabbing a few bottles of wine and some coffee to take home

Gorgeous estate at any time of year. Visit the Roastery or Millhouse restaurant while there, or book a fun experience at Clay Pigeon. The market is also a popular weekend activity with great food and live music. And of course there's the wine-tasting and ever popular hanepoot harvest every year.

What a beautiful peaceful wine estate to spend a lazy Saturday or Sunday at. There is a market which closes at 3pm but just seems way to early for the serious chiller person. The wines are superb and the food stalls foods are yummy!!! A Restuarant, a Roastery, wine tastings, etc so much to see and do! A fantastic spot also is an area for the kiddies with pool/ water feature. All in all a great time was had by all ????

I enjoyed some of their wines.
We did the blind tasting which was good fun. Shows how much I know about cultivars vs flavours. Got all the flavours right but none of the cultivars.
Guess all 4 wines right, don’t you pay for the tasting.
Sadly … they charge for parking now.
Something feels wrong bout having to pay for parking at a wine farm. For that reason, I docked a star.
