Great night we had here with friends and family. The food was delicious, oh my goodness it was amazing! The waiter was knowledgeable and great. The atmosphere was amazing. Definitely coming back here when I’m visiting CPT again.

We had a really great evening out. The waiter, JP, was very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. We had lamb curry off the bone and the butter chicken. Both meals were the best we've ever tasted. Full of flavor and tasted amazing.
The owner also came around to check whether we were satisfied and everything was in order. It's a little on the pricey side but definitely worth the money. Thank you for a memorable experience ????.

Visit the restaurant last night with some friends and family members as it was highly recommended by one of our friends. Best curry I ever had and the portions are large . I had lamb curry off the bone, mild, and it was delicious. The flavors in the source are to perfection. I ordered the brownie and ice cream for dessert and it melted in my mouth. Best brownie ever. Will be back for more. Thanks for the friendly service and great eating experience.

Great, friendly service and delicious Indian cuisine that will most certainly make you go back for more! The lamb biryani and butter chicken dishes were out of this world! Not a very kid friendly restaurant, but nevertheless a fantastic place to enjoy a family meal.

Lovely atmosphere and great food.
We were not able to take pics due to loadshedding during that time. Notwithstanding, they were able to create a lovely romantic atmosphere while still serving delicious warm meals. Would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Indian curries.

For an authentic Indian dining experience, the Maharajah Restaurant has to be the best in Cape Town. I should know, no one cooks Indian food, better than my 95 year mother. She voted them 7 stars. The portions are generous, enough for lunch the next day.

I really liked the food. My partner did not want to have it too spicy and they did a good job on that. I wanted it to be spicy and it was delicious. The service is extremely friendly and the food authentic. I ordered garlic Naan bred as well, but I think there was too much garlic on it and it was partly too thick in some areas, but thats just my subjective opinion.
