First time I went to Mamma Roma they were fully booked and now I understand why.
One of the Best seafood pasta I had in Cape Town (perfectly cooked seafood) and amazing service. Super excited to go back!

Really good. The mamas Roma chicken has this velvety mushroom sauce that's just amazing... My wife had the ladies filet, and and what a good cut of meat, well seasoned and grilled. Nice ambiance, good and fast service too.

A lovely family orientated italian restaurant with a personal touch and authentic dishes. The staff and owner were very hospitable and made sure that we were comforable at all times.
The pastas were made to perfection and the wine selection was great. I will definitely be back????????????

Mamma Roma Review
This place is one of the best restaurants in town.
Their steak is delicious, so is their sole and pretty much every other item on the menu. The staff is very friendly and get your orders out with no unnecessary long wait. This place is classic, refined and should definitely be on your list of restaurants you would like to go to.
I’ve been going to this restaurant for over 12 years now and their food has always been consistent and amazing.
Overall, what an experience!

One if those special restaurants that you go to for special occasions. Always fantastic service and excellent quality food. I had grilled calamari, my wife had the veal, my nephew the fish and everyone's food was brilliant. Service by all the staff was also exceptional! Make sure to book as they get jam packed - was lovely to be in a full restaurant again - and we went on a Tuesday! Keep up the good work guys and Thanks for a lovely evening!!

We had a great time here. It was quite busy (even on a weeknight) so it's best to make a reservation. Food was authentic (as far as I'm experienced with authentic Italian food) and the waitstaff were knowledgeable and engaged. We will be back.

This place...I have no words. The food was incredible, the pasta was perfect. The hostess who may have been the owner, was lovely and attentive. I would eat here daily if I lived in Cape Town. Highly highly recommended!!
