Warm atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and healthy food.

Wide variety of healthy food options, fresh juice, and coffee selection. The lunch included a variety of healthy foods with soup too!

All of the shelves were well marked, staff assisted with explaining any product in more detail. Very good selection of products on offer.

Overall we really enjoyed our time at the restaurant, and browsing the shop.

My hubby in his element. Food was fresh, delicious and healthy. No deep fried battered veggies in sight. We partook in the buffet. I had the smaller plate R80 and he, the large plate R150 which he could also go back for 2nds. Loved the cashew mayo and pesto. Would recommend to anyone. Just hidden a bit, not near the main mall entrances.

Mary-Ann's lunch buffet is a must try if you're ever in the area. Absolutely delicious with lots to choose from. Warning: if you choose the more expensive plate you'll eat too much, but it'll be worth it. Just make sure you wear pants with a inelastic waist or a kaftan and you'll be fine. LOL

THE best plantbased food you will ever have! Have tried many vegan/plantbased restaurants and nothing comes close to the amazing food offered at their daily buffet. Meals are always fresh, healthy, wholesome and oh so delicious! Think salads with tasty combinations and home cooked meals such as vegan bobotie, lasagne, Mac u0026 "cheese", chickpea and veg stews and so much more. Not to mention the regular offerings of gluten free bread with various spreads, pizza, dried fruit and nuts etc. If you aren't drooling yet, you should be! I took a friend from America a while back (who has traveled the world and tried multiple vegan restaurants/cafes) and he says Mary-Ann's is still his number 1 favourite! They also have a wide range of products from healthy treats and snacks to pantry staples and household goods. Go check them out, you won't be sorry!

Really enjoyed the food. Very fresh and interesting, and lots to choose from ( which is refreshing) especially when you start to eat "clean". Having said that, switching to a Paleo type lifestyle leaves you feeling like you are entering a food maize...*were this restaurant makes choosing food simpler*.
There are a few things that need to be tweaked though ( not on the food side)...but each to their own.
I do highly recommend this restaurant, and the products that it sells, for anyone on a health mission ( or that just loves all the things you can combined with veggies) then this will be the perfect choice. Its easy to access, andxirs light and bright.
I highly recommend their health pizza ( its simply the best healthy alternative you can make).

Had the Artichoke a la king today for lunch. I bought it from the frozen section. It was delicious, can't wait to have it again. Also had lunch the on Friday and what a lovely place to hang out. Love the food and the vibe ????
