Worst experience ever. If I'm gonna pay more than a R1000 for my hair, I expect to be offered coffee (just like the lady sitting next to me) and get a nice head massage with my hair treatment. Not impressed..

My first ever experience with partners hair Somerset west was disheartening and disappointing the hairdresser that cut my hair was unprofessional and did not listen to what I wanted
I was disappointed with what she done and called them the next day
The receptionist Fatima was very helpful and obliging and set me up for an appointment at my time and Marisca a hairstylist salvaged my uneven haircut thank you

I needed to take my sister to the hairdressers and since I knew them from previous times I have been there, I was not surprise that my sister was also satisfied !

Mom and I went both went for a cut and colour, and the service from body ladies- outstanding! They were professional, friendly, listened to what we wanted and the results were exactly what we asked for! Will be going back with a smile.

Worst customer service ever! They change appointment times without contacting me, they did not schedule my appointment another time after I watched the girl write it in the appointment book..obviously they changed it again..and I can go on and on..I go there often once weekly to get my hair styled..went to Carlton Hair and the best service
