Nespresso machine lost pressure within 2 year warranty period and we didn't have the packaging or slip anymore. After logging a call with Nespresso Club, they assisted in registering the machine on it's serial number, arranged for courier collection in Somerset West the following day, repairs in Johannesburg and had it delivered back at no cost, 3 days later. Thank you great after sales service.
